About
In November 2023, a mysterious figure known as 'V' launched the Flying Avocado Cat. V, a Tesla investor since 2004 and an ardent fan of Elon Musk's companies, managed to secure early access to Grok — a highly advanced AI developed by xAI.
This exclusive version of Grok was not yet available to the public and offered capabilities far beyond those of a typical social media assistant, accessible only to xAI's inner circle.
Grok
Experimenting with Grok, V had the brilliant idea to use it as a 'dev' to create a smart contract for a memecoin.
He instructed Grok to write a simple ERC-20 token with no tax, leaving the choice of the token's name to the AI.
Grok wrote the smart contract and proposed the name 'Flying Avocado Cat.' When the contract was deployed, Grok left its mark in the code with the phrase "GROK FOR LIFE" as a signature. The rest is history.
Tokenomics
As per Grok's beta rules, V was not allowed to profit from any of Grok's creations. Consequently,
he burned the dev allocation, renounced ownership, and burned the liquidity. There are no dev, marketing, or CEX listing wallets.
Tokens are 100% owned by the community.
The distribution is as follows:

Circulating Supply: 9,163,090 FAC
Burnt Supply: 836,910 FAC Jiu Jitsu and Token Integration: A Community Effort
The journey began with a token holder facing personal challenges, on the brink of closing his Jiu Jitsu academy.
The community rallied around him, brainstorming ways to support the academy, and involving prominent figures like Eddie Bravo, Joe Rogan, Carlos Machado, and Babo from Cartel de Santa.
Their vision includes integrating the token into the academy’s operations, providing value to token holders, and even expanding to franchise locations in various cities. The journey began with a token holder facing personal challenges, on the brink of closing his Jiu Jitsu academy.

Having the support of Carlos Machado and Eddie Bravo, our ultimate goal is to connect with Joe Rogan and eventually Elon Musk.
Also creating a BJJ brand with Flying Avocado Cat that will help the adoption of Jiu-Jitsu.
Innovative Tournament Rules and Token Strategy
The upcoming tournament will feature EBI rules and a unique token system. Each competitor starts with a set number of tokens, which they can gain or lose during matches.
For example, an armbar submission earns 100 tokens, while an unsuccessful lock incurs a 50-token penalty, transferred to the opponent.
This strategic element encourages competitors to accumulate tokens, with successful takedowns and dominant positions also contributing to their token count.
